Re-Mortgages and Equity Release

The open market option facility allows you to use any pension annuity provider of your choose when vesting pension benefits. Estate Planning.

Most people's estate at this stage of their lives surpass the Government nil rate band allowances for inheritance tax and therefore their dependants could be liable for 40% tax on the balance of the estate.

Long-Term Care from the age of 50 to 99 years

Long-term care through age concern groups are offering the facility to review immediate or long term care, this is for people who want the independence in choosing care in their own homes or in a private nursing home of their choosing.

Mortgages and home reversion schemes

Mortgage advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the first £30,000 and 90% of the next £20,000 so the maximum compensation is £48,000. The Financial Services Compensation Scheme does not cover home reversion schemes.
